How does the free plan work?
The free plan includes 20 AI requests per day across all models. You get full access to the chat interface, conversation history, and usage tracking. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited requests.
Can I use my own API keys?
Yes! You provide your own API keys for each AI provider. This means you pay the providers directly at their standard rates and have full control over your usage.
How is cost calculated?
Cost is calculated based on the token pricing of each model. NekoStack tracks your input and output tokens per request and shows you the estimated cost in real-time on the usage dashboard.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
